About

Hi, I'm Jordyn! Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina (yes, our state capital, and yes, I will find a way to bring that up more than once). Growing up, I was so ready to leave South Carolina. I had plans to go somewhere new, be someone new, see what else was out there. Funny enough, every time I left, the Lord found a way to call me right back to Columbia. I spent years saying I would never attend the University of South Carolina. Then I transferred there and never looked back. I graduated in Fall 2024 with my Bachelor's in Retailing, with concentration in Fashion Merchandising and Digital Innovation. I am so grateful for my college experience, #forevertothee!

Career

Now I work in medical device sales as an Associate Territory Manager for the Columbia territory, where I get to help Veterans recover from joint surgeries better and faster. It is not the path I pictured for myself in college, but it has become one of my favorite parts of my story, proof that your degree does not have to box you into one lane.

Miss America Opportunity

For the past three years, I have also been part of the Miss America Organization, competing as Miss Gamecock in 2023, Miss Columbia in 2024, and Miss Simpsonville in 2025. This organization has poured so much into who I am today, both personally and professionally, and I am so excited to be stepping back in with everything I have learned along the way.

Hobbies

When I am not in pageant land or working, you can find me staying active (walking, pilates, running, and the occasional weightlifting session when I am feeling ambitious), creating content (for myself and for brands), shopping (basically a hobby and a lifestyle at this point), reading a few too many thrillers past my bedtime, or saying yes to trying a new restaurant!
